  1. Return application conditions
    You can apply for a return within 30 days after signing for the product (based on the logistics signing time), subject to the following conditions:

The product has not been used and is in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, instructions, etc.)

The product is not damaged, contaminated, or has no traces of human modification

Provide a valid order number and purchase receipt

Not within the scope of the following “non-returnable products”

    Submit an application
    Please contact us through the customer service email, stating the order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if quality issues are involved).

Review and confirmation
Customer service will review your application and provide a return address and related instructions within 2 working days.

Return the product
Please properly pack and return the product according to the return instructions provided by the customer service, and keep the logistics order number as a voucher.

Acceptance and Refund
After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will handle the refund procedures for you within 6 working days.

  1. Return shipping instructions
    If we are responsible for product quality problems, wrong products, transportation damage, etc., we will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, wrong order, etc.), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

  1. The following situations do not support returns
    Perishable products such as pet food, snacks, and nutritional products that have been opened or used (unless there are obvious quality problems)

Special orders such as customized products and customized accessories
